Summary The Justice Power Plant Maintenance Technician supports safe, reliable operation and maintenance of the Justice Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) facility in Buckeye, Arizona. Responsibilities include O&M activities across electrical, controls/SCADA, communications, and balance‑of‑plant equipment. The role involves preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, verification testing, CMMS documentation, and coordination with the Site Supervisor, Remote Operations/Monitoring, and OEM/vendor partners such as Tesla. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure adherence to all safety standards, including OSHA, NFPA 70E, state/local regulations, and company policies. Promote a strong safety culture, including hazard recognition, job briefings, stop‑work authority, and safe work practices. Identify, escalate, and support resolution of electrical and operational safety hazards. Apply Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), energized work controls, and PPE requirements consistently.
