Job Description: About the role: We are searching for an experienced technical coordinator with a strong background in facility management and customer service. You will be responsible to manage network of partners and service providers. You will actively manage the stretch between customer centricity and efficient management of the buildings in the portfolio. The technical coordinator is a newly created full-time position, to be based in Birmingham, reporting Manager Facility Management, Heimstaden UK.
