Role Summary: Oversee Factory New Product Introduction activities such that the model are developed and introduced meeting the NPI Key Result Area (KRA). 🛠️ Key Responsibilities: 1. Meet the monthly revenue target - Production 95% against POR (35%) 1.1 Coordinate project deliverables from engineering and release of build plan from PM 1.2 Coordinate project and production build readiness with engineering and factory team 1.3 Coordinate with planners to chase/escalate/expedite critical parts to meet desired plan 1.4 Coordinate MRP alignment/clean-up with customer service through PM build plan update 1.5 Coordinate capacity planning and standard time update 2.
