As a Credit Manager within our Global Business Services organisation, you will have a visible impact on cash performance, risk management and commercial decision‑making across a cluster of European markets. This role is dedicated to supporting the UKI & Nordics cluster. Based in our Wroclaw office, it offers the opportunity to work at the heart of a global organisation, partnering closely with Finance, Commercial and Customer Service teams to strengthen end‑to‑end order‑to‑cash performance. What will you be doing?: In this role, you will be responsible for the ongoing delivery and continuous improvement of credit management and collections processes. You will work across functions to manage customer credit risk, minimise overdue debt and resolve complex disputes, while ensuring strong governance and compliance with global controls. Alongside operational delivery, you will play a key role in shaping strategy, mentoring colleagues and driving improvements that support sustainable business growth.
