POSITION PURPOSE: *This position is for 3rd Shift (Sun-Thurs, 11:00 pm - 7:30 am)* Primarily responsible for meeting manufacturing goals by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures. (SOP’s, GDP’s and GMP’s). The Production Supervisor is responsible for interview and selection of employees, training, counseling and conducting performance evaluations, as well as ensuring compliance with Company rules/regulations, and administering progressive discipline.
