Job Description Senior Sales Support Specialist - Erlanger, KY MAIN FUNCTION: Sr Sales Support Specialists play a vital role within our sales team, reporting to the Director of Sales Analytics. This is a mid-level position accountable for providing best-in-class customer service to accounts and supporting the sales organization through training, analytics, and process support. Ultimately, this role is to ensure that our sales team functions effectively and meets the company’s and our customers' objectives. Meant to help the sales team focus on selling, thereby contributing significantly to the company’s revenue goals. This position is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, as well as for keeping processes for key sales functions, project management, account development, budgeting, and phase-in support. As the subject matter expert, this position will provide support to all Flavor locations as needed.
