This position serves as a key HR support resource for HR transactions, policy interpretation, payroll and benefits administration, leave management and workers compensation coordination. Reporting to the Regional Human Resource Officer, the incumbent serves as the technical expert for payroll transactions, VSDP, benefits, workers compensation, leave administration and timekeeping functions. This position will collaborate closely with other regional HR Analysts and central office HR teams on sensitive and complex HR issues and provides timely responses to field inquiries.
