The drafting Technician III is responsible for overseeing all Building Information Modeling activities across Mission Critical projects, including data centers and other mission-critical facilities. This role leads the coordination of mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems through the full project lifecycle, working closely with BIM Coordinators, Design Leads, Engineers, and Project Managers to ensure accurate, constructible models that meet project schedules, quality standards, and client expectations.
