Role will be onsite 4 days per week with 1 day remote Overview: Manage candidate development primarily at the non-exempt level, but may be required to “plug in” and support higher level positions. Develop relationships with job seekers in person and via telephone to generate qualified candidates for multiple search assignments. Manage the candidate lifecycle including identifying, qualifying, interviewing and managing candidates to rapidly produce a best-in-class slate of talent to meet / exceed M&T’s internal client expectations. Primary Responsibilities: - Actively work with line managers to develop the strategy to build talent pipelines, interview, qualify and recommend top candidates to the business line - Actively and proactively attract a quality work force and maintain applicant flow in filling current and future staffing needs - Negotiate, extend offers and effectively close the candidate - Adhere to government regulations, organizational policies, and system/data integrity - Build effective relationships with HR Business Partners, line management and employees - Routinely provide insights into the competition for talent - Attend job fairs and/or open houses - Review resume...
