Supplier Engagement Lead, gTech Extended Workforce Solutions

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 10 years of experience in external contingent workforce solutions and optimizing operational performance through supplier engagement practices. - 3 years of experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management. - Experience with supplier engagement (SRM), continuous improvement, supply chain management, contract management and related areas. Preferred qualifications: - MBA degree. - Experience contributing within a team that owns multiple, time-sensitive projects with competing priorities. - Experience in strategy, supply chain or procurement of contingent workforce solutions. - Experience in identifying, developing, and executing on operational improvement initiatives to deliver exceptional solutions. - Ability to influence others and drive efficiencies and improvements through supplier engagement best practices with attention to details while managing multiple, simultaneous projects. - Excellent business acumen and ability to successfully navigate and influence stakeholders within a business environment.
