Status Part-Time Standard Hours per Week: 20 Job Posting Category: Administration: Job Posting Description: Works as part of IDS’ Training and Performance team to design, develop and deliver simulation activities to meet a broad range of clinical service needs. Develops and maintains supportive relationships with clinical service partners (CSP), patients and families, and IDS Simulation Operations Specialists within the PCS program to enhance the development of simulation activities and quality assurance mechanisms Monitors program effectiveness, reviewing associated evaluations, modifying or adapting programs as needed to ensure PCS Program offerings are performed according to established standards, guidelines, and instruction. Identifies appropriate applications of simulation technology consistent with specific and/or special needs of PCS activities.
