Position Summary The Completions Turnover Coordinator II is a mid-level role that expands on the foundational responsibilities of Coordinator I by managing database setup, training personnel on data tools, and ensuring the accuracy of turnover documentation. This role is critical to maintaining data integrity, improving workflow efficiency, and ensuring smooth project turnover processes. Key Responsibilities: Configure and manage completions databases to meet project-specific requirements. Train field personnel on database applications, tablet usage, and data entry processes. Prepare and finalize turnover documentation, ensuring compliance with client and project standards. Generate detailed progress reports and address data discrepancies. Collaborate with the project team to identify and implement process improvements. Qualifications: 3-5 years of industrial construction experience with a focus on completions or turnover processes. Proficiency with completions databases such as Co-Console, WinPCS, TOASTR, or Procore (1-2 years of hands-on experience).
