Organize mailings, manage collection agency assignments, and other supporting tasks of daily operations of the Member Assistance Department. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree preferred. 0 years’ experience required with 2 years preferred. Excellent data processing and computer skills. Ability to work under pressure and in an organized manner. Excellent communication and people skills. Knowledge of general delinquency management policies. Understands Credit Union goals and objectives. Ability in math, 10 key, and computer. Ability to complete work accurately with minimal supervision. Must be detail oriented. Ability to always maintain the confidentiality of Credit Union and member records. - Review reports for collection agency assignments. - Reply to document requests from collection agencies. - Perform maintenance on charged off accounts. - Request and track GAP/Service Contract refunds. - Image Member assistance related documents. - Makes outbound calls on charged-off accounts. - Learning the tasks of a Member Assistance Officer. - Manage titles related to Member Assistance processes and prepare affidavits of repossession. - Processed Deceased Member Checklists and notifications....
