TITLE: Process Control Engineer I POSITION OBJECTIVE: Optimizes the production of current products through process improvements. Develops, coordinates, and manages process and equipment engineering projects to support introduction of new products, processes and equipment as well as machine and process upgrades. Four manufacturing processes: blown film extrusion, in-line printing, bag forming (conversion), and product packaging (cartoning) comprise the manufacturing area of responsibility. Provides support in a variety of management areas to ensure compliance with environmental regulatory standards, OSHA safety standards, American Sanitation Institute standards, housekeeping standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s), and CTPAT program standards for security. QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required, Engineering preferred - Experience with process engineering, equipment design and product engineering - Experience with blown film - Experience with project management and implementation - Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills - Working knowledge of general manufacturing and business principles - Willing and capable of domestic and interna...
