JOB SUMMARY: Assists the Pharmacist in providing medication and pharmaceutical services to patients, nurses, physicians, and other hospital personnel. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Assists the Pharmacist in providing medication and pharmaceutical services to patients, nurses, physician, and other hospital personnel. 2. Doses medications under the supervision of a pharmacist. 3. Maintains inventory of medications and supplies, and reorders them accordingly. 4. Restocks and maintains automated dispensing machines and anesthesia machines. 5. Processes records of medications dispensed to patients or customers, computes charges, and enters them into the computer system. 6. Prepares, evaluates, and interprets medication usage, including narcotic usage, into applicable reports. 7.
