Job Title: Clinical Leader Practices - Ridgeway Ambulatory Neuroscience Department: Neuroscience Location: Unity at Ridgeway (2655 Ridgeway Avenue Suite 420 Rochester, NY 14626) Hours Per Week: 40 Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm SUMMARY: As a Clinical Leader in Practices, your strong ability to lead and guide others serve as valuable resources for staff, as well as facilitating patient care. OUR Department: At Rochester Regional Health, we offer a wide range of neurology services to treat neurological illnesses and injuries. We also provide a comprehensive variety of physical medicine and rehabilitation services to treat injuries of the bones, joints, muscles, nerves, spinal cord and tendons. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Leadership & Management - Lead physicians, practice managers and clinical leaders to run the day-to-day functions of the practice, resolving issues and concerns; function as the clinical resource for LPN, MOA and Clerical staff; ensure staff is rounding on patients, consistently using AIDET (Acknowledge, Introduce, Duration, Explanation, Thank you); recognize staff for a job well done or for role modeling; coach staff privately when performance is below standard; partici...
