SUMMARY: The Director of Technical Services leads the execution of technical operations within an assigned region. This role is responsible for ensuring dialysis equipment, water systems, and facility infrastructure are safe, reliable, and compliant with all regulatory and company standards. The Director focuses on operational performance, team leadership, and day-to-day execution--partnering closely with clinic and regional leaders to maintain high-quality technical services, minimize downtime, and support consistent patient care delivery.
