Department: 85259 Cabarrus College of Health Sciences - Academic IAS Clinical Support Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Variable Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30 JOB SUMMARY: The Instructional (IC) reports to the Director Teaching, Learning and Academic Technologies in the Academic Affairs department and supports multiple educational entities within Advocate Health. The Instructional Coach supports the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of high-quality in person, online, hybrid, and technology enhanced learning experiences. This role partners closely with faculty, academic leadership, and multiple educational entities across Advocate Health to ensure courses meet institutional quality standards, leverage effective pedagogical strategies, integrate innovative and effective technologies, and comply with accessibility requirements.
