Focused on innovation, this position is responsible for development and maintenance of industry business processes using the Infor Process Intelligence (IPI) tooling. This includes any associated Infor Deployment Method (IDM) templates and tools. A Day in The Life Typically Includes: - Collaborate with HRT IPC team to define specialized solutions based on industries including Healthcare, Public Sector and Corporate/Services using applications including GHR, Payroll, Talent Management, WFM. - Develop and maintain industry business processes that drive the HRT applications. - Develop and maintain supporting documentation for Infor Deployment Method playbooks. - Support and contribute to existing and emerging internal Infor initiatives (e.g., Time to Value (T2V)). - Support and contribute to other team tools including process modeler, process mining, automated testing.
