Overview The VP Associate General Counsel is responsible for supporting the Chief Legal Officer in managing legal and regulatory matters, with a primary focus on marketing, admissions and contract review. This role provides strategic legal counsel and direction to executive leadership and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and legal compliance. The position co-leads the legal review of Marketing and Admissions material, manages the division’s legal contract review process, and oversees other business, legal, and compliance projects. Reporting directly to the Chief Legal Officer or Deputy General Counsel, this role operates with significant autonomy and responsibility across a variety of business and regulatory domains.
