Role Overview: As a Senior FI Business Development Manager , you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by acquiring and developing strategic client relationships in the cross-border payments and FX space. You will leverage your deep understanding of foreign exchange markets, payment solutions, and client needs to deliver tailored solutions that enhance customer success. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Sales: - Identify, target, and acquire new clients in key sectors (e.g., financial institutions, money service businesses, fintech and other regulated financial institutions). - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets. Client Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers and stakeholders. - Act as a trusted advisor on FX risk management and cross-border payment strategies. Solution Expertise: - Provide consultative selling of Convera’s FX and payment solutions, including hedging strategies, spot and forward contracts, and payment automation tools. - Stay informed on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to position Convera as a thought leader.
