Citibank, N.A. seeks a Trader Structuring Lead Specialist for its New York, New York location. Duties: Lead deal lifecycle from pitchbook preparation and client negotiation to product and risk approvals, legal documentation, and funding. Structure and determine risk assessment within the Export & Agency Finance product set ("EAF"). Achieve quantitative and qualitative targets for the Americas EAF team, leading origination, structuring, and execution of Export Credit Agency (“ECA”) financings in across industries requiring short and long-term funding. Drive ECA strategy, managing relationships, policy adherence, and risk limits. Coordinate multi-jurisdictional processes, lender syndications, and due diligence (financial, environmental & social, and contractual). Develop cross-border financing pipeline by educating clients, exporters, and internal teams on ECA processes and structuring. Monitor and manage the Americas ECA portfolio, ensuring compliance with policies, and risk assessments. Mitigate operational and documentation risks.
