In this role, you'll: Work as part of a collaborative Shared Services team to drive service improvement, operational efficiency, and customer-focused transformation. Manage a prioritised pipeline of improvement initiatives, balancing multiple projects, dependencies, and resource constraints to deliver measurable outcomes in a fast-paced environment. Lead end-to-end improvement initiatives using structured methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, from problem definition and analysis through to implementation and benefits realisation. Engage and influence stakeholders, including senior leaders, to ensure alignment and successful delivery of outcomes.
