THE POSITION: Reporting into the Director, Culinary, the Senior Executive Sous Chef constantly maintains and increase food service quality, while ensuring harmony between different departments within the Calgary Sports and Entertainment Corporation. Maintain and exceed food quality standards and ensure costs are kept within budget.
