Tech Strategy & IT M&A Consultant with strong architecture skills We are seeking a senior level Consultant to join our Technology Strategy team in Helsinki. In this role, you will work hands on with IT strategy, enterprise architecture, carve-outs, and integrations related to M&A transactions. You will work closely with business leaders and C-level executives to ensure smooth IT transitions that support deal objectives and create lasting value. What kind of role is it?: Our technology strategy consulting team supports our clients with creating winning IT and technology strategies, developing modern operating models, designing scalable architectures, and successfully leading large transformations.
