As a Seasoning Machine Operator, you’ll help ensure our products are seasoned to perfection while working in a modern, fast-paced environment. Rotating Work Schedule: Week 1: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 PM–6:30 AM Week 2: Thursday–Sunday, 6:00 PM–6:30 AM (Schedule repeats weekly) Responsibilities: Requirements: - Operate and adjust seasoning equipment to meet product specifications. - Ensure product quality by monitoring seasoning and troubleshooting equipment. - Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and assist with repairs to keep production moving smoothly. - Handle sensitive seasoning products (including allergens) carefully and follow all safety protocols to maintain a zero-accident culture. - Follow safety protocols, including handling sensitive ingredients and allergens. - Assist with production schedules, communicate with team members, and ensure smooth operations. - Fill in for other operators when necessary and assist with training new team members as needed. - Ensure that all are...
