Description Job Title: Cleaning Technician: Employment Type: Part-time / 25 hours per week This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus of $300, disbursed according to the following schedule: an initial installment after 30 days of employment, a second installment after 3 months, and the remaining balance after 6 months. Overview: We are seeking a reliable Part Time Cleaning Technician to join our team at CRM Residential. The Cleaning Technician will be responsible for maintaining and cleaning our properties to ensure a clean, safe, and orderly environment for our tenants and visitors. The successful candidate will possess excellent time-management skills, attention to detail, and a passion for cleanliness.
