Lincoln Tech in Mahwah, NJ is looking for an Assistant Director of Career Services to help lead our career services operations and drive graduate employment outcomes. This role combines hands-on career coaching with operational leadership--you'll work directly with students and graduates while also training and developing our career services team. You'll partner with the Director of Career Services to oversee day-to-day operations, manage staff, and ensure we're meeting placement goals. This is a role for someone who can balance strategic thinking with execution, and who thrives in an environment where results matter.
