Description Purchasing Specialist (Inventory & Operations) Chantilly, VA (On-Site – 5 Days/Week, Monday–Friday) About Mosaic: Mosaic is a growing interiors distributor supporting builders and designers with cabinetry, tile, lighting, plumbing, and more. With 9 locations and a central servicing center, our success depends on strong purchasing, accurate inventory, and reliable supplier partnerships. This is a fully on-site role based in Chantilly, VA, requiring in-office attendance five days per week. What You’ll Do: - Review and release purchase orders for accuracy and timing - Track open orders and follow up with suppliers - Coordinate inbound shipments, including truckload orders - Maintain accurate costs and pricing in the ERP system - Monitor inventory levels and support purchasing decisions What Success Looks Like: - Orders are accurate and on time - Inventory is aligned with demand (low stockouts and excess) - Supplier communication is proactive and organized - System data is accurate and reliable Requirements: What We’re Looking For: - 2–4 years of experience in purchasing, inventory, or operations - Experience in a distribution, wholesale, or inventory-driven environment pre...
