Job title: ROW Logistics Manager Report to: Global Logistics Director: Location : Štěnovice, Czech Republic: Overview of role: The ROW Logistics Manager & Global Packaging Manager is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving logistics performance and initiatives across multiple international regions. This position requires a strong operational leader who can balance day-to-day execution with long-term continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced global environment. The successful candidate will bring proven packaging expertise alongside strong logistics and supply chain experience, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives that improve operational performance, customer experience, cost efficiency, sustainability, and scalability. This role requires strong people leadership, accountability, communication, and the ability to effectively lead across cultures and time zones.
