Based in Munich and reporting to the DACH Lead, the Facility Manager is accountable for leading the Facility Team to ensure seamless day-to-day office operations. This includes oversight of Facilities Services, maintaining strong relationships with the Landlord and Building Management and also our client POCs on site. The FM serves as the primary point of contact and represents WPS within the local office community. As a key member of the WPS Team, the FM contributes to cross-site alignment efforts and may lead regional initiatives as assigned, helping to drive consistency and operational excellence across the region.
