Primary Responsibilities: - Develop and follow maintenance procedures to ensure consistent equipment performance. - Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and resolve maintenance issues. - Check electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems to ensure functionality. - Support repair, maintenance, and installation activities while following all safety policies. Job Duties: - Carry out routine and preventive maintenance on all building systems and equipment. - Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs on hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. - Monitor equipment inventory and notify supervisor when orders are needed. - Maintain detailed maintenance logs and daily activity reports. - Coordinate with contractors and service providers as directed. - Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental standards. Education and Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent preferred. - A minimum of 1 year of experience as a maintenance technician. - Experience in planning and performing maintenance operations. - Solid understanding of pneumatic, electrical, hydraulic systems, etc. is strongly preferred. - Working knowledge of facility machines and equipm...
