About the team The Space Strategy Team shape how our proposition come to life across our supermarket estate. We play a pivotal role in delivering the Next Level Sainsbury’s Strategy, helping to define our store blueprint and the missions that we serve our customers. It’s a high ‑ performing, collaborative team that values curiosity, pace and clear, testable recommendations. More about the role: As a Space Strategy Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in developing our store blueprint, optimizing our store estate for the future. You’ll lead complex projects to define, prioritize and implement the store rule sets shaping space, layout and key propositions.
