THE SALVATION ARMY NORTH & CENTRAL ILLINOIS DIVISION: MAYFAIR CORPS: POSITION DESCRIPTION: POSITION TITLE: Music & Arts Camp Director LOCATION/DEPT: Mayfair Corps: REPORTS TO: Corps Officers: FLSA CATEGORY: Non-Exempt: STATUS TYPE: TF T: PAY GRADE: 204: PAY RANGE: $20.52 - $24.62: OUTCOMES: Work with children and adults in the Corps and community to plan and implement music and creative arts programs based on the needs of the Corps, including music theory, instrumental and vocal performance, and creative arts such as dance, drama, theatre, and visual arts. Coordinate and supervise the Sound of Mayfair, providing a safe, educational, and engaging environment while supporting the Corps’ Sunday worship and arts ministries. The position supports the mission of The Salvation Army and includes participation in Christian education and evangelistic outreach programs.
