Job Summary Under the guidance of the Guest Services Manager, the Assistant Guest Services Manager of Hotel X Toronto, Destination by Hyatt Hotel is responsible for assisting the administration of front office functions and supervising staff. Areas of responsibility include the arrival process including Door, Bell and Valet services. The role consists of a mix of day and night shifts. Role and Responsibilities: - Administers the Door, Bell, Switchboard, Pool and Valet services to drive guest satisfaction and reach desired financial goals. - Ensure all operations and cash handling are done in compliance with company’s policies, standards and procedures. - Oversee and manage the hotel driveway to ensure a smooth guest arrival and departure experience, maintaining efficient traffic flow and coordinating bus arrivals and departures. - Manage the day-to-day operations of the parking garage, optimizing revenue performance while addressing system issues and resolving guest payment inquiries or disputes. - Oversee the smooth operation of the rooftop swimming pool, managing reservations, coordinating service, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and resolving any guest service concerns....
