Job description

Purpose of the Role Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale tourism asset projects, from planning and design through to construction, commissioning and handover. This role ensures successful outcomes across time, cost, and quality by coordinating internal teams, consultants, and contractors. This role will initially be dedicated to supporting the delivery of a portfolio-critical project currently under construction, with a gradual transition to managing the delivery of numerous other projects in some of WA's most beautiful locations over the short to medium term. As part of our development team, you will play an integral role in bringing family-friendly accommodation to life across these sought-after locations, delivering exceptional value back to our members. Bringing your blended design coordination, project management and construction site experience, this role will suit someone with a consulting or contracting background who is looking for a hands-on role.
