JAC Products has an opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Saline, MI. In this role, you will support Business Unit team members in the areas of problem solving, Lean and Continuous Improvement activities, and process development. What You'll Do: - Act as a liaison between Manufacturing Engineering and Product Design Teams to facilitate Design for Manufacturability. - Perform routine process analyses to assess overall process performance, identifying areas of opportunity, and championing – via direct report group(s) and/or cross-functional teams – the timely implementation & execution of process improvements - Independently monitor plant KPIs, identifying areas of opportunity, and championing – via direct report group(s) and/or cross-functional teams – the timely implementation & execution of performance improvements.
