What The Role Is The Lube Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing the quality, customer relations and satisfaction, maintenance and upkeep of the facility, employee relations, development, training and coaching, facility purchasing and cost controls for the oil and lube department at our Full Service locations. An ideal candidate will have the ability to anticipate customer needs, build relationships and ensure safety guidelines. Strong upselling skills for maximizing sales, ability to multi-task and adjust to the workings of a transitional weather environment.
