Job title: People Partner Contract type: 12‑month FTC: Location: Alderley Park Working style: Hybrid 50% office 50% home Closing date: 28th April 2026: About the role: We are looking for an experienced People Partner to join our People team on a 12‑month maternity cover, working closely with the aligned People Director partnering with our central functions including Finance, Risk & Compliance, Legal, Audit and CEO Office. This is an opportunity to play a high impact senior partnering role within a complex, professional environment. The role focuses on providing effective strategic ‑people partnering, strong professional judgement and oversight of delivery through the wider People team. Working closely with senior leaders, you will be collaborating with specialist People teams to ensure high quality execution ‑of people plans and cyclical activity. You will attend Senior Leadership meetings across the different functions, representing the People function and supporting delivery of People priorities through credible, pragmatic advice.
