Job Description: The purpose of this role is to provide shipping and transfer support to the Production Team. This role is also intended to ensure our product is staged Production use, audited, handled, stored, and shipped and readily tracked efficiently while meeting our high quality standards and maintaining targeted customer service levels. What are we looking for?: Highschool graduate and relevant logistics/transportation experience. Basic knowledge of Warehouse and Transportation Management Systems. Basic knowledge of Inbound Ingredient Management practices. Forklift certified. What will be your key responsibilities? Adhere to all Mars Inc/Royal Canin Safety & QFS requirements - Lead safety & quality in receiving and warehouse operations. Prepare Trailer for Loading: Visually inspect incoming commodities and take appropriate action on issues such as infestation, pests, mold, or any other quality issue. Unload Production Supplies (Raw material, Packaging, pallets) from Trailers Escalate and Report all issues to Shipping Coordinator, Warehouse Coordinator, Shift Manager and or Flow Manager.
