Summary of Responsibilities: Are you a records guru? We’re looking for a records specialist to support the organization by collecting strategic information, performing data analysis, reconciling data, and creating custom reports for our asset records. This is a benefit eligible, fixed term role that will last up to 18 months. Essential Responsibilities: You’ll use your associate degree with an emphasis in a technical area and/or relevant equivalent training and work experience to support ATC in three key areas: Process Data Management - Collect and analyze data to identify current and future trends. - Identify and monitor key performance indicators and provide summary reports along with the underlying data from various databases or systems of record. - Perform database queries, database investigations, data extracts, and analytics for cross-functional teams. Drawing Administration: - Administer the checking in and out of newly created or modified transmission line or substation drawings. - Assign drawing numbers, electronically file drawings and enter associated metadata into the records management application per CADD standards. - Work effectively with our internal and external cu...
