Development Project Manager SUMMARY: Mortenson is currently seeking a Development Project Manager who will be responsible for providing project leadership during the development phase to positively impact project feasibility by implementing creative design-build strategies, including but not limited to, market research, partner selection, design phase advancement, scope and budget alignment and procurement strategies. Also responsible for providing overall execution of development projects during the construction phase by maintaining strong investor and customer relationships and ensuring development contracts are appropriately administered. Will be expected to manage multiple projects including types across the development regions. RESPONSIBILITIES: Create/Develop Basis of Design to set assumptions for of the building type, systems, function, and finishes. Preparation of Project Target Value in accordance with overall total project budget. Research and help maintain historical cost database on all construction product types.
