About the Team The Store Systems Engineering organization at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is responsible for delivering reliable, scalable, and high-performing technology solutions that power retail store operations across our global brands. The team partners closely with Store Operations, Product, QA, Infrastructure, and external vendors to support mission-critical Point of Sale (POS) systems and ensure seamless customer experiences. About the Role: The Senior Software Engineer – POS serves as a technical anchor for Williams-Sonoma’s in-store POS ecosystem, with a primary focus on the NCR Advanced Store platform. This role combines deep technical expertise with hands-on ownership of store systems, payment integrations, and hardware devices. The position plays a critical role in supporting production systems, enabling quarterly releases, and driving continuous improvements through automation and modern engineering practices.
