Company: Marsh Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Risk Consulting team at Marsh. This role will be based in remote anywhere in the US. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Senior Engagement Lead – Risk Consulting focused on Power Generation and digital infrastructure, you will complement Marsh’s Specialty Risk Engineering services for prospective and existing Power Generation clients. You will lead complex client engagements, provide expert guidance on construction and operational risks for power plants and hyperscale data centers, and serve as a strategic advisor to clients, colleagues, and the insurance market. We will count on you to: - Lead complex Power Generation and digital infrastructure risk consulting engagements, acting as a senior subject matter expert and strategic advisor to clients and internal stakeholders - Provide professional services including construction schedule review, design review for power plants and data center shells, and natural catastrophe analysis to support client and market objectives. - Support client executives and placement teams by preparing and reviewi...
