Position Overview: The Inside Sales Rep is a high-performance sales professional responsible for converting opportunity into revenue. Operating in a metric-driven environment, this role owns proactive follow-up on proposals and closing sales. This position requires strong inbound and outbound sales capability, disciplined CRM execution, confident objection handling, and the ability to optimize quotes to maximize revenue.
