The Senior Technical Recruiter will serve as a trusted talent advisor and strategic partner to business leaders, specializing in the identification, attraction, and hiring of technical talent supporting digital services, software development, data, and AI-driven initiatives across Patterson-UTI. This role goes beyond requisition management and focuses on building deep technical talent networks, developing proactive pipelines, and delivering high-impact hiring outcomes in a competitive and evolving market. The Senior Technical Recruiter will bring expertise in sourcing both within and outside the oil and gas industry, translating technical requirements into effective talent strategies, and delivering an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.
