As a key member of the Aquatics team, a Water Fitness Instructor is responsible for proactive communication and maintaining a safe pool atmosphere while preventing accidents. The main purpose of this position is to instruct YMCA Water Fitness classes and provide a positive role model in a well-organized, professional attitude and appearance. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Uphold the mission of the YMCA, and demonstrate behaviors that reflect a determined, nurturing, genuine, hopeful and welcoming nature.
