OT Remediation Engineer

Job description

Your role The OT Remediation Engineer is responsible for executing Operations Technology (OT) remediation activities to reduce cyber risk and maintain the integrity, availability, and security of Digital Realty’s OT environments. This role delivers firmware updates, device replacements, and configuration changes across OT assets in accordance with approved remediation plans, change management controls, and security standards. The position works closely with the OT Remediation Project Manager, regional operations teams, IT security partners, and approved vendors. What you'll do: Execute OT remediation initiatives, including firmware updates, device refreshes, and replacements, to address identified vulnerabilities and security gaps. Implement remediation activities in strict alignment with approved change records, methods of procedure (MOPs), and operational risk controls. Coordinate remediation scope, schedules, and site readiness with the OT Remediation Project Manager and local operations teams.
