This position is responsible for providing customers with a thorough walkthrough and demonstration of their newly purchased RV. They ensure that customers understand the features and operation of their RV, answer any questions, and provide instructions on proper usage and maintenance. Qualifications: - Conduct thorough walkthroughs of new RVs with customers, explaining the features, systems, and operation of the RV. - Demonstrate how to properly use and maintain the RV's appliances, electronics, plumbing, heating, and cooling systems, and other components. - Answer any questions the customer may have regarding the RV's features, systems, or operation. - Provide advice and recommendations for safe and efficient RV use and maintenance. - Ensure that customers are satisfied with their purchase and have a positive experience. - Document any issues or concerns that arise during the walkthrough, report them to the appropri...
