Role Overview: The Manager - Accounting oversees all financial operations for assigned areas including grant billing, budgeting, audits, and monthly/annual close while serving as the primary accounting partner to internal and external stakeholders and leading a high performing team through clear expectations, continuous development, and a culture of accountability and collaboration.
